What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payment with Visa, Master Card and American Express. We cannot accept cash, checks or any payment methods other than credit card.

What are the different music formats?

• CD compact disc
• 7" - vinyl record (single)
• 10" - vinyl record (single)
• 12" - vinyl record (single)
• 12" 2LP - vinyl record
• 12" 3LP - vinyl record
• 12" 4LP - vinyl record

Downloadable track - MP3 (192 kbps)- Portable to any digital MP3 player or desktop jukebox. TRACKS WILL ONLY BE AVAILABLE FOR 24 HOURS AFTER PURCHASE! (Domestic orders will be processed right away. You will then be able to download the track. International orders will be downloadable as soon as the credit card has been approved. You will then receive an email when it is ready. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ENTER YOUR CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS!)

Regular t-shirt (chest measurement):

• S - 34"-36"(91.5 cm)
• M - 38"-40"(101.5 cm)
• L - 42"-44"(111.5 cm)
• XL - 46"-48""(116.5 cm)
• XXL - 49"-50"(120 cm)

Girlie shirt:

• S - 30" (76 cm)
• M - 32" (81 cm)
• L - 36" (91.5 cm)
• XL - 40" (102 cm)

Will missing sizes or formats come back?

Any shirts missing a size, albums missing a format, and merchandise missing a size will likely be reordered and updated again shortly.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How much is the shipping? How do you ship the order?

The shipping cost depends on the weight of your order and where you live. You will be able to see the total shipping cost before you submit your order. We ship UPS for all orders in the US and USPS International Mail for all international orders.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes.

What kind of packaging will my order arrive in?

We ship CD's and shirts in padded envelopes, vinyl's in flat cardboard boxes, and posters in tubes. PLEASE NOTE: If you have ordered a combination of these items, there will be more than one package in your shipment. Separate packages in a shipment may get separated, and could arrive at different times. Please DO NOT PANIC if you have only received half of your order! The rest is likely coming soon!

How long will it take to arrive?

When you order has been shipped it usually takes 2-5 days for the package to reach you depending on where you are located. UPS orders will have a tracking number included in the shipment confirmation email and can be tracked at www.ups.com. International orders can take up to two weeks for delivery, but will likely arrive sooner.

How can I edit my account?

Once you are logged in, you can:

1. Edit your first name, last name, username and email address by clicking on the Username link in the upper right, or 2. Add item(s) to the shopping cart, click checkout and then modify all address, credit card information (you don't have to place the order after that)

Can I order without worrying about my privacy?

Yes, we do not sell or rent our list of customers to anyone. All information remains confidential.

How do I know you have registered my order and what kind of receipt do I get? Has my order shipped yet?

Please enter your email address when placing your order and you will receive one order confirmation email and one email when your order ships. You can print these emails for your records.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email mailorder@eslmusic.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order. You cannot cancel your order once it has already shipped.

RETURN INFORMATION

What about your return policy?

We do accept returns of shirts but please see sizing information above before placing the order. Send the unused shirt to our address below. Also, add return postage, the order confirmation that arrived with the shirt, and a written note with the requested size. You cannot return used shirts, music and posters.
